What is the minimum budget I need to start?

We recommend a minimum of $1,500 AUD/month in ad spend for Google's algorithm to have enough data to optimise. Below that figure, campaigns continuously enter and exit the learning phase and results are inconsistent. Google's algorithm needs at least 30–50 conversions per month per campaign to exit the learning period. At $1,500–$3,000 AUD/month in e-commerce or local services those numbers are achievable. In higher-CPC sectors (legal, financial services, healthcare), the minimum is higher. For context: our highest-performing campaign generated the equivalent of over AUD$200,000 in revenue from AUD$4,000 in spend in a single month. Management fees are agreed separately based on account complexity.

How long until I see results?

The first 2–4 weeks are about analysis, account structure, and getting conversion tracking right: without accurate measurement, optimisation is guesswork. From week 4–6, assuming sufficient budget, campaigns typically exit Google's learning period and real data starts to emerge. In most accounts we see clear improvements within the first 30–60 days: lower cost per acquisition, better Quality Scores, negative keywords eliminating wasted spend. Do you work with any industry or business type?

We primarily work with three types of Australian businesses: e-commerce (fashion, home goods, sporting equipment, specialty retail), local service businesses needing lead generation (trades, clinics, legal, financial advisory), and B2B companies using Google Ads to reach high-value buyers.
