Adstralis provides Google Ads campaign management and optimization services. The owner operates as a registered sole trader in Australia and issues invoices from that country.
Intellectual and industrial property

Additionally, as we provide services to clients in the European Union, we comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent applicable based on the origin of the data.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. As data processors we use: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form management, based in the US with appropriate safeguards for international data transfers).

4. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Adstralis and its clients in the provision of Google Ads management services.
Service description
Adstralis provides Google Ads management, optimization and consultancy services, including (but not limited to): account audits, campaign setup, Merchant Feed optimization, script implementation and monthly reporting.
Commencement and duration
Services commence upon signature of the collaboration agreement and payment of the first invoice. There is no minimum commitment period. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
Fees and billing
Fees are agreed individually based on scope of service. Billing is monthly. The advertising budget (Google Ads spend) is separate from management fees and is managed directly by the client in their account.
Client responsibilities
- Provide access to the Google Ads account and other necessary tools.
- Provide accurate information about the business, goals and budget.
- Ensure that advertised products/services comply with Google's advertising policies.
- Pay management invoices on time.
Adstralis responsibilities
- Manage campaigns diligently and in the client's interest.
- Report results monthly.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Account ownership
The Google Ads account always belongs to the client. Adstralis acts as a manager under admin access. Upon termination, Adstralis access will be revoked and the client retains all data and account history.
Limitation of liability
Adstralis does not guarantee specific results, as campaign performance depends on multiple external factors (competition, market conditions, product/service quality). Adstralis's maximum liability is limited to the management fees paid in the last month of service.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of commercial and technical information exchanged during the provision of the service, unless legally required to disclose.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales (NSW), Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of NSW. For clients in the European Union, nothing herein limits the rights granted to them under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
Amendments
Adstralis reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to the client with reasonable advance notice.
